You may cancel any recurring service (hosting, managed hosting, etc.) at any time through your billing portal or by contacting support.
Manage your services at billing.veeradigital.in or email us at veeradigitalsolutions@gmail.com. Please submit your cancellation request at least 5 days before your next billing date.
Your service stays active until the end of the current paid period. We hold your data for 30 days post-cancellation unless you request immediate deletion.
Annual plans canceled early may incur a fee equal to 20% of the remaining balance.
Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy. Generally, pro-rata amounts for unused services may be credited to your account or refunded if requested within the first 7 days of service.
